You’ve done a lot lately. I would like to give a little something back, to you.

School holidays are full on. Whether you’ve been parenting, teaching, supporting, planning or all of the above, chances are you’ve been putting everyone else first. Again.

This one-hour online session is here to gently shift the focus back to you. Nothing intense, nothing you need to prepare for. Just a moment to land, breathe, and pick up a few everyday practices to carry you through the term ahead.

We’ll explore:

  • Gentle movement to ease out tension (even the kind you forgot was there)

  • Breath practices that settle your energy, not overwhelm it

  • Grounding tools you can use when things feel wobbly

  • Creative sparks and soft pauses that remind you, you’re a person, not a to-do list

You don’t need to speak, take notes or have your camera on, though being seen can bring a lovely sense of connection if that feels right for you. Join with your morning cuppa, still in your cosy clothes, in that in-between moment before the rest of the day picks up. However you arrive, all of you is welcome.

  • Practical tools you can use in your daily life

  • A deeper sense of connection to your body and breath

  • A sense of being cared for held, supported, and restored

Who is it for?

This free webinar is open to anyone who holds space for others, whether you are:

  • A parent or caregiver

  • A therapist, teacher, or health professional

  • Supporting a loved one through illness or change

  • Or simply someone who feels the weight of constant giving

No yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. Just bring yourself, as you are.
