Family Yoga &
Mindful Creativity

A two hour private session for families who wish to slow down, reconnect, and create a shared experience that is both meaningful and restorative.

In this session you are invited to step away from everyday demands and enter a space where movement, breath, and creativity support you as a family. Each workshop is shaped around your needs, whether you are a parent with young children, tweens or teenagers. You may choose to come on your own or invite another family to join you. The studio holds up to 6 people comfortably, creating an intimate and caring environment.
Every session blends playful movement, creative exploration, partner poses, mindful breathing, and a mindful art activity that encourages curiosity and expression. The workshop ends with a deeply nurturing relaxation and yoga nidra that supports both children and adults.
The approach is always trauma sensitive, ensuring that the experience feels safe, attuned, and respectful for everyone.

Families often book these sessions for many reasons. Some wish to ease stress at home and learn simple practices they can use during busy weeks. Others come to find tools for emotional regulation, support sleep, or help children and teens navigate stress or exam pressure. Many come simply because they want time together that feels calm, connected, and meaningful.

For who?
This workshop is suitable for families with children aged 4 through the teenage years who are seeking connection, calm, and creative expression. It is ideal for families wanting to reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, encourage communication, or simply enjoy quality time together. No previous yoga experience is needed. Each session is tailored to your family and meets you exactly where you are.​​​​
