Teacher Training
​Our comprehensive "Empowering Children through Yoga and Creativity" children’s yoga teacher training is designed to open doors and invite you into a transformative learning journey. The Enchanted Wonders training supports educators, yoga teachers, therapists, and caregivers to work creatively and responsively with children, without relying on rigid structures or performance led teaching. Trauma informed and grounded in real life settings, it offers practical tools to support emotional regulation, confidence, and connection, while deepening your capacity to teach from attunement, trust, and relational awareness.

Enchanted Rest -
Yoga Nidra for Children
Created by Ayala Homossany and Melanie Cooper, Enchanted Rest is an on demand Yoga Nidra course for children. Thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are, it offers a creative and developmentally attuned approach to rest. Through imagination led guidance and gentle practices, Enchanted Rest supports regulation, emotional wellbeing, and a child’s natural capacity to settle and restore.

Ayalá Homossany - Founder of Enchanted Wonders
B.Des, E-RYT, YACEP
Ayalá is a yoga therapist, author, and accredited BWY Senior Yoga Teacher. She is also a registered E-RYT and YECAP with Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance UK, having completed her teacher training with Yogacampus in 2005. Over the past two decades, Ayalá has shared yoga in mainstream education systems, yoga studios, community centres, and other settings. Since 2014,
she has been training teachers and educators, with extensive experience in therapeutic yoga for children, teens, and adults.
Her focus includes mental health aspects of yoga, such as trauma and anxiety, as well as ADHD, self-compassion, and restorative yoga.

Ayalá holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design with honours from Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) and resides in London, UK, with her husband, three sons, and Hermis the tortoise.
