You are invited to create your own private retreat day with friends, colleagues, teachers, parents, or a small community group. Each retreat is intentionally intimate and gently facilitated. We shape the day together, listening to what matters to you and to those you gather, so the experience feels relevant, supportive, and easeful from the very beginning.

Held in a peaceful garden studio in Woodside Park, North London, this small group wellness retreat weaves together yoga therapy, nervous system support, creative wellbeing, and shared nourishment.

Each retreat begins with conversation and intention. Together, we explore what would feel most supportive for your group and allow the day to take shape from there.

The structure offers steadiness and flow, while the focus can gently shift to support rest, connection, creativity, or embodied wellbeing. You are supported throughout the process, from imagining the retreat to experiencing it, knowing that the space will be held with care and attention.

A held and nourishing retreat space

The day unfolds at a spacious, unhurried pace, allowing time to settle, move gently, rest deeply, and connect. Practices are trauma aware, accessible, and invitational, supporting nervous system regulation and a sense of ease.

A meaningful part of the experience is sharing a homemade, nourishing vegetarian lunch, prepared with care and enjoyed together around the table. This shared meal often becomes a grounding and connective moment, offering nourishment not only for the body but also through the simple act of being together.

All mats, props, creative materials, refreshments, and lunch are provided, so participants can arrive without needing to prepare or organise anything.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Practices are inclusive, adaptable, and offered with choice.

 

Retreat options and investment:

Full day private retreat
Time: 10.00 to 16.00
Investment: £140 per person

Half day private retreat
Time: 10.00 to 13.30, or another suitable time by arrangement
Investment: £85 per person

Group size is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for a personal, nurturing, and well held experience.


All mats, props, materials, refreshments, and homemade lunch are included.
After booking, you will receive a detailed email with the exact address and arrival information.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the limited number of spaces, cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the retreat date for a full refund. After that time, refunds will not be available.
