I am offering Zoom classes for adults, children and tween, as well as for families as a way of hopefully supporting you and your child in your home practice during these coming months.

My offering also includes private sessions for adults, children and families from the convenience of your home.

Bedtime Yoga

Tuesdays 8pm-9pm

Join Ayala as she helps you transition to a restful evening with a class involving slow flowing movement, meditation and poetry. The combination of movement and rest will help you to draw your day to a close and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

Open to all levels.

Enjoy an hour of gentle movement, simple breathing practices and mediation to support your body and mind The practice will allow you to continue your day feeling creative, focused and calm for the rest of the day

Restorative Yoga

Wednesday 1pm-2.15pm

Learning to rest is an essential skill that supports our well- being on every level.

The practice will start with a short gentle movement to allow the body receive the restorative practice, and will follow with a sequence of restorative poses.

Join me for a magical hour of partner poses, games, activities with the Enchanted Wonders A-Z Cards and delicious relaxation.

All profits go to the Hope Foundation UK.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Open to all levels.
