Parents and Toddlers

Every Wednsday 9.45am-10.45am

Classes are designed as a joined practice exploring the yoga world of movement through your child’s eyes. The practice is fun, encouraging children to maintain their curiosity in movement and the world around them as well as develop self-awareness and self-confidence. Suitable for children aged 10 months - 4 years old. 

Yoga and Mindfulness for Children 4-8 years old

Tuesdays 4pm-4.45pm - Terms Dates

From the day they are born, children are practising yoga. The yoga and mindfulness classes are designed to maintain the inherent yoga abilities children have within them. We explore the magic of yoga and mindfulness in a playful and a non-competitive environment and embark on a journey that will improve your child’s confidence, self-awareness,  and concentration, while boosting their co-ordination, strength, and flexibility. In every session we learn how to use our breath to monitor to our feelings and emotions, and we finish our classes with a guided relaxation exercise.

Yoga and Mindfulness for 9 Years Old and Up

Tuesdays 5pm-5.45pm - Terms Dates

Yoga and Mindfulness practises become extremely valuable for tweens and teens. In a non-competitive environment we will learn to use the breath to monitor their feelings, elevate confidence, co-ordination and concentration, maintain their creativity, strengthen their physical abilities and increases their flexibility. Every class ends with creative guided relaxation. 

Suitable for children aged 9 years old and up.

The Magic of Family Yoga

You are never too young (or too old!) to begin a yoga practice.

Introducing your children to yoga can be a wonderful way to help them feel empowered, embodied and playful, and doing yoga with your children can be a fabulous way for the whole family to feel connected and inspired.

These talks and practices will introduce you to the magic of practicing yoga with your family at home.
