My heart intention of creating this space is to offer personalised teachers trainings, workshops, classes and yoga therapy sessions that will suits you best.

Since Covid entered our lives the reality and needs have changed on so many  different levels.

Moving forward, my offerings which include 1:1 therapeutic sessions, personalised teacher training, workshops and semi private groups classes, will enable you to feel supported and held in a safe manner.
