This 6-week online course is a soft landing for those days when life feels too much. Whether you're feeling anxious, scattered, or just running on empty, Rest for the Restless offers practical tools to help you regulate your nervous system and return to yourself.
Through gentle movement, breath, and grounding practices, you’ll learn how to pause with compassion and build inner steadiness, without needing to perform, push, or fix anything.
Drawing from yoga therapy, trauma-sensitive teaching, and my creative approach to healing, each session gently invites curiosity, not perfection. In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this course helps you reconnect inward, with care and space to breathe.

What if I’ve never done yoga before?
You're absolutely welcome. The practices are accessible and adaptable, with no need for flexibility or experience. You’ll be invited, not instructed, to move in ways that feel safe and right for you.

What if I don’t feel calm right now?
You don’t need to. This space is for the overwhelmed, the restless, and the ones who can’t switch off. Together, we meet ourselves with gentleness and curiosity, not pressure.

What if I miss a session?
You’ll receive a replay and written summary within 24 hours, plus a guided audio practice. If you want extra support, you can book a 1:1 catch-up session for £75.

Can I keep my camera off?
Yes, you’re welcome to take part in the way that feels most comfortable for you. We do recommend keeping your camera on during the session to help create a sense of connection and support. If you’d prefer it off, we’ll just ask you to turn it on for a brief check-in at the start.

Do I need special equipment?
You’ll need a small clear space on the floor where you can move comfortably. If you have a yoga mat, great, but it’s absolutely fine to practise on a carpet or directly on the floor. Please bring a blanket to offer extra support for your knees when needed, and a cushion or two if that helps you feel more at ease. No fancy props required.
