Thyroid imbalances, such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s and Graves’ disease, affect millions worldwide. These imbalances can lead to symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, and emotional stress, which are often under diagnosed or misunderstood.

 

This workshop is designed to support you in managing these challenges with care, compassion, and practical tools. It is limited to only 6 participants, ensuring a personalised and supportive experience.

 

What the course offers:
Over five weeks, "Thyroid Love" provides a holistic, trauma-informed approach to support thyroid health.

Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering gentle practices and evidence-based tools that nurture your physical and emotional well-being.

  • Gentle movement and restorative: Gentle yoga and breathwork tailored to support hormonal and nervous system health.

  • Mindfulness and self compassion practices: Techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity, fostering a sense of calm and well-being.

  • Education & self-care: Insights into lifestyle habits, nutrition, and daily rituals that support thyroid health.

  • Community support: Connect with others who share similar experiences, offering encouragement and understanding.

  • Wellness Toolbox: Develop your personalised set of tools, including daily practices, meditations, and self-care suggestions, to continue beyond the course.

  • Session Follow-Ups: Receive a recap email after each session with key takeaways and an audio recording of the guided meditation, breath work or relaxation practice.

 

Trauma-Informed and Supportive:
The course is delivered in a trauma-informed manner, ensuring that every participant feels empowered, respected, and supported throughout the journey.

 

When?

We will meet every Thursday from 9:30-11:00 starting on the 21st Of January and skipping the half term week.

21st January, 28th January, 4th Febuary, 11th Febuary and 25th Febuary.

 

Who is it for?
This course is ideal for anyone experiencing thyroid imbalances, whether newly diagnosed or managing a long-term condition. It’s suitable for individuals seeking natural, supportive methods to complement their medical care and create a more balanced, sustainable lifestyle.

What to expect:
Over the course of five weeks, we’ll guide you through a curated journey of nurturing practices and reflective exercises to offer ways to tune into your body, cultivate self-compassion, and nourish your wellbeing.

​Investment:

The cost for the full 5-week course is £200, which is an exclusive introductory price. There is also an option to pay in instalments, with the final payment due by the 17th of January.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the limited number of participants, cancellations can only be made up to 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. After this time, refunds will not be available.

Missed Sessions:

If you are unable to attend a session, you will still receive the follow-up email summarising the session, along with the audio recording given on that week. If you would like to make up for the missed session with a 1:1 session, there will be an additional charge of £75, which is a reduced private session rate for course participants. These 1:1 sessions can be done either in the studio or online, depending on your preference.
